Originally a specialty item, White Cheese was obtained by leaving the milk at room temperature for several weeks. It was then drained in a gauze cloth. Today, it has become commonly used as a dessert, sweet or fruity, or as a culinary ingredient mainly in Russia, Slavic countries, France, Belgium and Greece.

Make sure the use-by date is at least a few days in advance.

how to keep

Keep White Cheese in the fridge for up to 30 days. After opening, use it within 2 days at the most.

Tips

Keep White Cheese upside down in the fridge, this way it will remain smooth and can even be kept for longer. If you want to make it even more smooth, beat it before serving and add a little sparkling water. The cheese will air, become slightly frothy, and have a very creamy flavor.
