Marlin or Makaira is a powerful black or blue fish. Like the Swordfish, it has a sword shaped bill, although shorter. Marlin can reach 4 meters long and weigh up to 600 kg. Hence, it represents a genuine hunting trophy for some people.

Our Marlins mainly come from the Indian Ocean and the Northeast Atlantic.
