In the 16th century, the French King François I was cured of his intestinal disorders with a diet of sheep's milk Yogurt.

With its pleasant taste, light acidity and smooth texture, Yogurt has since developed and is being advanced all the time.

How to buy

Choose Yogurt according to your needs: plain Yogurt will be valued by your adult customers; stronger Yogurt will be successful with children; Greek Yogurt will be much appreciated by gourmets.

Keep Yogurts in the fridge until the use-by date.

Tips

In any recipe, you can replace sour cream with Yoghurt. Remember to drain the Yogurt first to avoid having too much liquid.
