Parmigiano-Reggiano, also called Parmesan Cheese, is made from the milk of cows fed only with hay and grass. Coming from Italy, the taste is unique and inimitable, spicy, slightly fruity and very tasty. Its crumbly texture in grated form is often used as a condiment, and is always found on the tables of pizzerias.

How to buy

Prefer Parmesan with a beautiful pale yellow color and a spicy smell.

You can keep Parmigiano-Reggiano in the fridge for 5 days if it’s grated and a few weeks if it’s whole.

Tips
